Journaling for Emotional Release and Self-Reflection
Journaling is a great way to take control of your life
and your emotions. It’s a powerful and therapeutic practice that can have
numerous benefits for your mental and emotional wellbeing. I know some people
might look at journaling as something that wouldn’t really have much effect on
their wellbeing, how can writing words on a page or a blog suddenly make you
feel better? I used to be the same and I used to feel silly whenever I tried to
journal, but after pushing myself to try and stick to it I now look forward to
setting time aside to write my thoughts and feelings out.
With many benefits like stress reduction, problem solving, clarity of thought, goal setting and tracking, gratitude practice, memory enhancement and creative expression, journaling is definitely something I would recommend to anyone who feels stuck or mentally drained.
